welcome
I do not own kick-ass GLEE or any other sort of TV series slash pop culture phenomenon aforementioned in my blog. And I so do not have any relations to Michael Jackson (I wish), Beyonce... anyone who is a famous icon and worshiped by at least a group of people on Facebook.

Hi. My name is ALEXANDREA. (Like, duh. That's what the blah-g is called "Destination Alexandrea", innit?) Er, anyways, I'm like 11, but in 8 DAYS I am so gonna rock since I'm turning TWELVE. Which means I was born on 21 March 1998.

Um. Anyway. I study at De La Salle School. It's a good school. I'm not saying it's a freaking awesome school, but it's just... a good school. I'm a Class Committee member; a Secretariat, to be sure. (Ronn is monitor. I voted for him. Please don't kill me Devin is the other Secretariat. Amanda is monitress) I'm in the fifth grade. It's haaard. I'm Filipino and I speak English and Tagalog fluently. Chinese is soooo broken it cannot be fixed.

I am a fan of MJ, Westlife, Beyoncé, Taylor Swift and *drumroll* Lady Gaga. I have tons of friends. The list is endless. I wanna have an iPhone 3GS but my mom told me to wait for June... but sometimes I wanna buy an LG Lollipop (the Aqua Blue one! <33333333!).

I'm so in la luh-v with GLEE. I think it's the best TV series ever made (F.R.I.E.N.D.S, the Nanny and Everybody Loves Raymond comes second, third and fourth respectively). My favorite characters are Kurt Hummel and Sue Sylvester. My current LSS song is Halo/Walking on Sunshine by New Directions! Girls (a.k.a Rachel, Quinn, Tina, Mercedes, Santana and Brittney).

maybe this time

Today we went beach cleaning. We've been anticipating this pretty much half of the time in the weeks prior to LEAF project day (a.k.a last day of Term 1). Anyways, after announcing that we're going to do beach cleaning some weeks ago, it took people about half a second to realize that "beach cleaning" sounds a lot like "bitch cleaning". So basically everyone was eeked out by it.

Anyways so we went off. Sat with Jessica in the bus and halfway during the trip Dinesh went off to the back seat after Damien puked. (Eeeeew). During the picnic about half of the girls, me, Amanda, Chloe, Jasmine Lee, Debra and Daphne shared my green picnic-ish mat. Amanda brought her cam, and Chloe, me and a few others (including Nicholas who brought his iPhone) brought our phones and to our joy, Mrs Tan didn't seem to mind that we brought electronic devices without her permission. We were like, "OMG!"

At least, I was.

So anyways we all played our songs. Then when I went over to give out some free Pringles (I ended up giving a half-empty box to Glendon and Jordan, who were pretty happy about it), Nicholas went on YouTube and showed me a video entitled Michael Jackson vs. Pokemon. Basically they captured a few shots of MJ doing his moves on that Moonwalker game and a Pokemon playing and they just mixed it up. It was so cool.

After the picnic, we picked up litter. It wasn't so bad. My group consisted of Chinmai (our Group Manager), me (Safety Manager), Jasmine and Yock Sin (Sorters). We were a very efficient team, as we were able to find 15 cigarette butts and loads of other tosh. I'm not saying it was fun or anything.

Afterwards, everyone gathered our rubbish and deposited them on a mat. We all were supposed to make a sculpture, and everyone settled on a digestive system. (Our group managed to donate some of the rather rusty metal rods). On the way back on the bus, I took out my headphones and listened to my LSS song. Nobody seemed to mind. In school, I used my calculator on my phone to calculate our schools. Unfortunately I was not able to finish since the bell had rung.

Overall, I think that the whole thing was cool. Now I have to sleep.

Don't mind the title, by the way. It's a song from Cabaret. Kristin Chenoweth (who guest-starred as April Rhodes) and Lea Michele (as star Rachel Berry) had performed a duet on it on GLEE, and I loved their version!

It's 11:58PM and I'm still not sleeping. WOOOT!

Next time, I'll settle as Narrator again.

YES! I finally managed to merge two skins. Thank God. I thought I was gonna faint after three hours of coding and still haven't managed to finish the whole thing. Now I finally did! BAHAHA I AM JUST SO HAPPY.

Today during Catechism we had to go into groups and act out the Joyful Mysteries. I ended up with Maryanne, Richmond, Justin and Adam. You could we weren't exactly happy with who we ended up with. So we all did The Nativity (part of the Joyful Mysteries) and Adam got pretty pissed. He really doesn't like having to be the baby all the freaking time when we act out stuff. But hey, he's short enough to play the part.

Anyways I played the Narrator and Richmond couldn't even understand a single thing we were planning. Geez. It was pretty embarrassing, so all of us were pretty relieved when the whole thing was over. The next scene we did was The Proclamation of the Lord or sth. This time, Adam got to be the Narrator and you could tell he was glad about it. We all thought it was going to be a much smoother operation, but we were wrong. Justin, who played Jesus, mixed up things. Still, Ms Anne said we were "good" and that's okay for us.

The next scene we're doing is The Crowning of Thorns. Thankfully Adam and I see each other a lot during school, so we'll have ample time to plan things. Besides, both of us were the ones who forced the others to concentrate during planning time. BTW, we were also the only ones from DLSS. So basically, we've totally inherited the ability to concentrate after much pressure from our teachers. Seriously, they always keep telling us to concentrate all the time.
